Terms and Rights Explained

Below are the questions we hear most often about how our terms work and what they mean for your account, deposits, and withdrawals.

Minor breaches (such as outdated contact details) result in a warning via email and a request to comply within 7 days. Serious breaches (fraud, collusion, use of automated tools) trigger immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to authorities if necessary.

We may suspend your account immediately if we detect suspicious activity, payment fraud, or breach of critical terms. Closure without prior warning happens only in cases of legal violation or direct threat. Account closure with notice (14 days) is issued for repeated minor breaches or your request.

Withdrawals via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX usually clear within 24 hours. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond 48 hours, contact support immediately with your transaction ID. We investigate and either release the fund or refund it to your account balance.

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account balance and available for play. You may withdraw your balance at any time, but funds wagered on live tables or slots cannot be recovered. Refunds due to system error or unauthorised transaction are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We retain your account record, payment history, and identification documents for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. After seven years, personal data is anonymised. Transaction logs required by law are kept indefinitely but are not linked to your identity.

spade46 hosts games from external studios like Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and others. Those studios are responsible for game mechanics and fairness. Our terms cover your account behaviour only; disputes about game outcomes or rules are escalated to the studio's own terms and support.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits in Malaysia. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not in a restricted territory. We perform age and identity checks at account creation and reserve the right to request further verification anytime.
